A bit about me ...
I have called Reno my home since 2000. Originally from a small town in Northern California, we moved to Reno to raise our two children. I have always been involved in real estate in one way or another. My love for the area, people, property, and homes became my business.
Sometimes it is not just reading a client’s wish list, but watching their initial reaction to a property being shown to them. Secretly they give away what is truly important. And a seller will usually linger in the area of their home they are the most proud. Paying attention to subtleties is just one way of providing the best service I can for my clients.
There are many tools available to realtors to help find not only properties but important facts pertaining to properties. Understanding how to research real property is another service I can provide. Knowledge to help determine a property’s value, both monetarily and in attributes.
Lastly, I give attention to documents, communication, and deadlines. These may not be the exciting part of a real estate transaction but are crucial.
Should you, a family member, or a friend have a real estate need outside of Reno I can provide an out-of-state referral. When providing these referrals, I choose agents with similar qualities.
