Terra was the absolute BEST choice we could have made for selling our home and finding a new one. She went above and beyond, working with us to get our home listed and work through the process. Her advertising of our home, her guidance and advice, and her professionalism and kindness all made this the EASIEST home selling experience EVER. We were able to sell our home for ABOVE list price and walk away more than happy. She also has worked tirelessly to help us find our new home, which has been an endeavor because we were pretty particular about what we hoped to find. Terra is responsive, knowledgeable, and a genuinely good human - you can't go wrong in choosing her to be your agent!

Highly recommend this team Terra walker was my agent. She was very knowledgeable and explained the whole process. They made me feel confident with listing below market value to get more attention from buyers and had great negotiation skills as they ended up getting me 15k over asking price. Couldn’t have asked for a better agent or team to help me with the selling process. My home looked flawless on the listing and prior to listing we went over everything we should fix or do to get more money for our home. Overall fantastic experience!
