Elizabeth did an outstanding job during our entire home buying experience. We are first time home buyers and she made it a point to explain everything happening in great detail. She ensured we were educated prior to moving forward on our forever home. And took the time to show us multiple places prior to making our final decision so we were positive the home was the right choice. When it was time to submit our offer, she made sure we went in solid with an offer the seller couldn’t refuse! Anytime we had a question, she was available which relieved a lot of our first time home buyer stress. I have family looking to move to NV and they will most most definitely be using Elizabeth’s services. I would 10/10 recommend Elizabeth for anyone looking to purchase or sell their home.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Elizabeth Dickman when I assumed responsibility for selling my uncle’s property in Fernley, Nevada. I did not live in Nevada so it was a challenge to get the property ready to list, however, Elizabeth graciously took over and led the entire process. The experience at each phase was superior, such as her knowledge of the area housing market, useful insights on pre-listing improvements, innovative efforts in developing prospects, and proactive facilitation during the sale negotiations. All of these tasks, whether business-related or interpersonal, were done with a high degree of competence, integrity and grace. Elizabeth was immediately helpful. She showed an interest in what our needs and considerations were. She looked into any of our questions and called us back quickly with the information. When we needed other services she gave us helpful advice and options.Elizabeth was great. There were times when she had to deliver information that wasn’t expected and ended up costing all parties more than expected. She handled it respectfully and helped work out details. We know this sale wasn’t easy, but she handled it in the best way possible. Elizabeth also went above and beyond to find services that were more reasonable and willing to do work considering our rural location and the COVID 19 pandemic and quarantine. That alone was a lot of extra work.Elizabeth went above and beyond to help us. With COVID19 it was difficult to attain services. She worked very hard and diligently to help all parties involved work out what needed to be done. We know that it wasn’t easy. The distance between the office and us is 3&1/2 hours away, but she came to us and helped in every way possible. She made us feel valued and important.We are not aware of any involvement by other members, but they did make the office available for us to meet and discuss our offer. All of the paperwork was in order and we got hard copies of all documents in the office.We are so grateful that we were able to achieve this dream and have our new home. That would not have been possible without the hard and dedicated work that Elizabeth put into this. It was a long escrow and process, but we were made to feel like friends. We knew we could count on her.

Elizabeth was a great agent! Don't get me wrong but, no ones a 5 out of 5 perfect. Saying so is a lie and doesn't help anyone. I did how ever give her a 5 out of 5 in areas I think she excelled in. With that said, Elizabeth was super responsive. When I text her or called her I got a reply back in a reasonable amount of time! When we were looking at houses. She worked the moving pieces to get us to see the property in the matter of an hour or less. Her process expertise I believe was fanominal. I only say that because she got all the moving pieces to sync together to have me closed in a matter of 34 days. I think that deserves a high five!! Now here are some things I believe could be worked on. Negotiation skills. We didn't even do a counter offer. Which looking back is something I would like to try. I did get the house though under market value. Second thing which I'm not sure relates. But when I closed and she was getting the moving truck from the reality company scheduled for my move, it ended up not being scheduled for some reason. I'm not sure who's fault that was, in house or hers. The amazing thing though!!!! She went out of her way to make sure I still had a moving truck available by jumping some large hoops. Was super grateful!!! Last but not least local knowledge. I think Elizabeth could do better at this. But she is not from this area. So I give her the benefit of the doubt. When local knowledge came into play when looking at houses and asking about local stuff she looked and read from the paper she printed out. Which I think is the MLS info. Luckily, she came prepared with those local questions. Which I think is a great use of her resources!!!! Not sure. Again, over all she was amazing and I would recommend her to a friend or family member!!! I even recommend her to you! Yes, you reading this....She will get you the home your looking for!!!
