This was our first time selling a home and Andrew explained everything in an easy way to understand. He made the process as uncomplicated and easy going as possible. He was very responsive when contacting and put our mind at ease multiple times. Not only did he put in the time and effort, he did not treat us as a paycheck, and he was generally a great genuine person to work with.

Amazing service before, durning and after the sale.
Andrew helped my wife and I find just the right home. In a very competitive housing market getting in to see a house just as it hits the market can make a big difference. Andrew did just that. The seller collected multiple offers prior to selecting ours. Even though ours wasn’t the highest offer, Andrew was able to negotiate on our behalf to win the day. During the inspections he was able to secure concessions for repairs to a as is house.
After the sale Andrew and his local knowledge of contractors has been able to secure qualified personal in our remodel.
He is now working to assist my brother and his family to find just the right home.

Andrew responded very quickly and took care of everything we needed in a professional and quick manner. He was excellent working with us to escrow as well as our financing. He showed us several homes all of which were very nice and exactly what we had asked to see. Very conscientious about our price range and the fact that we did not want to have to make any repairs.

He made the whole process super easy. I swear he made a phone call to a lender, and it was on. Great experience. He is available anytime you have a question. A lot of the time he has already researched information for ya before you ask a question. He will get you the house you want, and save ya some money.

Andrew help my wife and myself buy our first home. Andrew listened to my wife and what she wanted, and then presented us with homes that fell within those guidelines. After viewing some homes Andrew recommended some options that he thought would make us happy. The home we ended up getting, Andrew was not able to represent us because of an error that we had made. Although Andrew was not able to officially represent us he still negotiated on our behalf. The results was a savings of over $20,000 and an improved backyard. Andrew put our needs and interest ahead of all other things and never pressured us into trying to buy something that was not right for us. I would highly recommend Andrew to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home. He is extremely processional but still kept a comfortable environment.

My wife and I used Andrew as our realtor. He helped us with a lender recommendation and he and our lender worked together to make sure we were able to get the house of our dreams. Andrew was always there to answer our questions and to make sure we were educated in every step of the process. He was awesome to work with and we will tell everyone we know to use Andrew!

Andy is great! He helped us get an amazing deal on our home. He showed us how a home we were looking at was extremely under valued due to it having more bedrooms than was listed. He advised to put in an offer quickly which resulted in the home apprising for almost $30,000 more than our purchase price. I don't think there are many realtors that would make sure we didn't pass up a deal like the one he helped us get.

Having Andrew as a realtor was the best experience my husband and I had. He recommended a fantastic lender and both of them worked very hard to make sure my family was able to get into our dream home in less than 6 months from start to finish. He was very responsive to phone calls and texts at all hours and even through the holiday season. He even go us a walk through of a house that we ended up purchasing on New Years Day! I will and have recommend him to be a realtor to several of my friends already! Greatest experience in a very stressful time and made the process so much better all around!

Andrew was a true professional
While adding a personal touch. He went above and beyond assisting me and making sure everything was clear and transparent. Selling a home can be stressful, and I was full of questions comments and Concerns which he addressed all of them immediately and patiently. His demeanor and diligence gave me 100% faith in him and the process. Very grateful for his services will definitely use him again.
