I'm an educated professional with 21 years of experience in the Fernley, Fallon and Hawthorne areas. Branch Manager of the Fallon Office. I have an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and hold multiple REALTOR designations - Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), and Military Relocation Professional (MRP). I've had success with buying and selling many types of properties from single-family homes to small businesses to land purchases which gives me an edge in knowing the local market.

Eric was absolutely fantastic. We never felt pressured. He made sure we understood what was happening
throughout the whole process. He made it so easy from start to finish and even after the fact he is very
helpful.
We gave him a list of things we were interested in regarding homes and he showed us homes that fit into our
criteria. Since we work during the week, he made himself available on the weekends and after hours.
Once we closed, we found some damage that was not discovered during the inspection or appraisal. Eric
offered his contractor to do repairs, and paid out of his pocket.
I would definitely recommend Eric to anybody I know looking to purchase a home

Eric Gothan was great to work with. We were on a very tight schedule since we were flying in and out of the
state and only had a few days to visit. We were staying in Tonopah but looking for a house in Walker Lake so
timing was a factor in setting up showings and he was very accommodating. Eric is very knowledgeable
about the area and gave us lots of good pointers and general information. This helped us make the decision
to purchase in this area.
After seeing several homes and deciding on the one we wanted to purchase, Eric really went above and
beyond to make the whole process easy. We live out of state and did the closing through emails and he
made it all so easy. He told us who we needed to contact to get utilities, etc. hooked up since we aren't
familiar with the area.
I would highly recommend Eric to anyone that might be looking for a home in the area he covers.
